Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of the Russian Federation in their home country in order to avoid inconvenience.

It is easy to apply for touristic visa. For this, you should have a confirmation of accommodation from the Russian hotel. In some cases, you will be asked for an official invitation from the Symposium Organizer (a copy or the original). Please, contact us via e-mail (isbb2016@yandex.ru) if you need these documents.

For business visa, the number of documents is more complicated and you should apply for it in advance because the invitation should come from Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, you have to apply the original invitation only. The Local Organizing Committee assists delegates by processing the invitations on request (isbb2016@yandex.ru). It takes up to 4 weeks and costs additional 50 Euro.
